Rada Abib Photography is a sole proprietorship operated by Rada Abib in Mentor, Ohio, serving Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area. This policy explains what information we collect through radaphoto.com and the client portal, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Contact details — your name, mobile phone number, and email address, provided when you submit the inquiry form or when you book a session.
• Booking details — event type, date, location, coverage hours, participants, and any notes needed to plan and photograph your event.
• Contracts — the agreement you review and sign in the client portal, including your typed signature and the date it was signed.
• Photographs and video captured at your event and delivered to you through a private online gallery.
• Account information — the mobile number or email address used to sign in to the client portal.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and prepare a quote or proposal.
• To book, plan, and deliver photography and video services.
• To send one-time sign-in codes by text message so you can access your client portal.
• To send booking-related notifications — for example, letting you know your contract is ready to sign or your gallery is ready to view.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.

Text messaging and your mobile number

Service-related text messages are sent only to customers who expressly opt in on our website. The only way to opt in is by entering a mobile number on our “Check Your Date” inquiry form and checking the separate SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of an inquiry or purchase. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Examples of the texts we send: responses to your inquiry, booking and appointment updates, contract and payment notifications, gallery delivery notices, and client portal information. Separately, if you request a one-time sign-in code on our sign-in page, we text you that authentication code because you asked for it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except with the messaging provider strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to operate the business, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Website and database hosting — stores your account, booking, and contract records.
• Email delivery — sends inquiry confirmations and booking notifications.
• SMS delivery — delivers sign-in codes and booking notifications to your mobile number.
• Photo gallery delivery — hosts the private online gallery where your images are delivered.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Booking records, signed contracts, and account information are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax recordkeeping obligations. Delivered galleries remain available for the period stated in your contract; please download and back up your images before that period ends. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing us, and we will delete what we are not required to retain.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving emails.
• Email us to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Children

This website and the client portal are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Minors photographed at an event are covered by the agreement signed by their parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
